Hand‑carved yak bone guru bead featuring the elephant‑headed deity Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and patron of new beginnings. This compact carving has strong facial details, swirling hair pattern, and a smooth aged bone patina, making it an ideal focal bead for a 108‑bead mala or a unique pendant for spiritual jewelry.
The bead is T‑drilled with three holes so you can attach the main mala strand and the tail or tassel in the traditional Tibetan style. Natural yak bone carries Buddhist symbolism of impermanence and compassion, and each hand‑carved piece will show individual grain, color variation, and small tool marks.
• Material: natural yak bone, hand‑carved by Himalayan artisans
• Design: Ganesha / elephant god figure guru bead, 3‑hole T‑drilled
• Approx. size: see caliper photos for reference
• Color: warm yellow‑brown bone with natural grain and slight variations on each piece
• Use: guru bead for 108‑bead mala, necklace focal, or small protective amulet
• Finish: polished surface; small irregularities and asymmetry are part of the handmade character
Note: Each bead is individually hand‑carved from natural yak bone, so color tone, pattern, and exact measurements may vary slightly from the photos.
Care: Avoid soaking in water or exposing to strong chemicals; gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing to preserve the natural patina.
